Best way to get pregnant with PCOS

I have PCOS and my doctor told me with proper exercise it will go away and you shouldn't have issues trying to conceive; im taking vitafol ultra prenatals and medroxyprogesterone meds. Last night my fiancé agreed on trying for a baby for the next 4 months. And we want to know the best way to get pregnant this is our first time and was wondering if virtal fertility would work faster.  Any suggestions for me please
