I've used it serval times, both when a had taken my pill a day or two late. Even tho I doubled up my birth control when I missed it, I still took it just to be safe. As far as the commenter who said it makes you less likely to conceive later, there's no scientific data to back that up whatsoever.

My gynecologist told me the day I was prescribed for birth control that if I ever have taken or plan on taking Plan B that it decreases my chance of successfully carrying a child by 50%. Now I seriously hope that was a joke, but she wasn't smiling or laughing...
