Pap smear results?

So I got the results of my Pap smear on the phone, and the doctor said it's "pre cancerous" I thought you couldn't tell that from just a Pap smear, I thought that's why they did a coloscopy, to see if it's pre cancerous. She said it's forsure pre cancerous from the Pap smear result. Can someone explain this to me, this is my results
