I have a really irritated itchy rash between my breasts that keeps coming back.

It could be that you're sweating between your breasts and that causes irritation to the skin. Heat rash is an option too. It could be a form of exama. Fungal infections are also possible. There are so many possibilities. I would see your doctor who could be able to refer you to a dermatologist if they don't know. Skin is a weird thing and rashes aren't always easily explained.

Heat rash? No clue. I've had one on the insides of my arms, neck and inside of thighs and behind knees. I thought it was poison ivy but I've had it constantly for 12 weeks.
