Going to the gym
My boyfriend and I are signing up for a gym sometime this week. Weve been to one before together about a year ago and stopped. I've never been a super healthy eater and I just wanna know what I should be eating? I wanna lose weight and I'm gunna be 100% committed to this. I dont really know what to be eating while I'm going to the gym. What do you guys eat? I rarely eat sugar so that's not a problem. I just eat alot of salty stuff lol, i know i need to cut back on that. But i need suggestions on what to eat!
