What were you doing when you went into labor?

What were you doing leading up to labor? What was your day like? What symptoms did you have? I'm an FTM but my best friend told me that the night before she masturbated and got her bloody show an hour after. Then the next day she had raging diarrhea ALL DAY and went into full on labor by that afternoon.
