Bleeding on the pill

So I am on Amethia, the bc with 3 months of bc with a week of placebo pills at the end of the 3 months. I have about 3 weeks left in my pack and I started bleeding today. I've been spotting for about 2 weeks now but never full on period. Is this normal?
