bump?

This is a little TMI but I just need to know. I'm 16 and I've only had two partners before. The first one going as far as just oral and the second one my current boyfriend. We are having sex. There's a small bump on my inner thigh kind of like my groin area and it's been there for a while. I'm scared it might be a genital wart but there's only been one in the same spot and ONLY one. My boyfriend does not have them either. We were each other's first time basically. The only other thing I could think it might be is a skin tag. It's never hurt or itched and there's been no redness it just looks like a bump on my skin.  The only time it hurt was when I accidentally shaved it off but it came back the same exact way ! I'm also scared to tell my mom because I don't know what she'll think of it. Does anyone have any clue ??
