I hate to say this to some of you, but if you got drunk and a guy got drunk and you end up having sex and you wake up in the morning and regret it, it is not rape. Neither of you could give consent to the act. We all do dumb things while drunk, but you cannot blame the guy for the choice you BOTH made while drunk. You cannot go and accuse someone of rape and ruin someone's life for your own regrets.
