So over the past two months I have gained 9 pounds. Over the past week I have gotten my self back on track with eating and exercising but haven't felt any results. I'm paranoid that I'm pregnant for some reason even though I had my period last week and I have birth control as well as I've only had sex with condoms. So there is near zero chance I am pregnant. Has anyone else had crazy paranoia like this?
