Try this maybe:

Season with your preferred products
Let that sit for a few minutes or prepare it like an hour before cooking
Place each piece in some buttermilk
Then place into flour, shake off the excess flour
Heat up that frying pan, let the oil get warm
Place the chicken in and fry it up
Make sure the pieces are properly cooked
Try a medium setting...

I don't have a fulll recipe but make sure you don't have the stove up too high or it'll cook too fast and uneven.
