Confusion about water intake
So I don't know why I'm so confused about this but I'm drinking about 50oz of water everyday plus hot tea or another non water beverage. I pee all the time and the color is very light yellow sometimes almost clear and of course I can see the vitamins bright yellow in it. I read I should drink half my body weight and then extra because I'm pregnant. Which to me means I need to drink 70-80oz. So my confusion is that even with drinking 50-60oz I'm peeing so much and my pee is a good color but sometimes nearly clear. So am I getting enough water or should i still be drinking 20-30oz more? What do you all think and know?
