anyone live near Greensboro or Charlotte NC??

We are thinking about moving to be closer to my husbands office, at first we wanted to move outside of Charlotte especially Davidson but we can't  find any property with an acre or more around $200,000. Another area were interested in is anything between Winston Salem and Greensboro. We are looking for something in a low crime area within a decent school district or a good school near by like 15 - 20mins with open enrollement, 3 - 4 bedrooms, 1 acre, near any of the cities that I've mentioned above. We currently live in Ohio and I'm wondering if what we are wanting is even realistic.. I haven't been able to find anything with an acre which is a must have on my husbands list. If anyone is from any of these areas and has any insight or advice I'd really appreciate it. TIA. 😊
