I've used them all, the shot is what I'm currently on and it's the best for me. Implant I bled 28 days a month, every month, for a year. The pill I got pregnant on! The shot I've had no side affects and I don't get a period so I'm happy!

I used the pill for about 8 years. It definitely kept my period timing on track, but other than that...the pill is not my friend. It screwed up my hormones and I got pretty sick from them after taking them long term.
