So I just had my baby shower for our little girl and I discovered something super annoying. While I love all the older ladies from my church that came to support us, they all got me what they wanted to get me instead of going off of my registry. And they did not include gift receipts. So I have over 150 outfits under 6 months and almost none of my big items that I really need. And it's like impossible to return most of the stuff because they cut tags off/didn't include receipts. I did return about $80 worth, thankfully. But I'm wishing I didn't announce the gender of our baby until maybe at the baby shower. That way I would've gotten some of the stuff I actually need instead of all these clothes. I'm thankful, but also nesting.
