I got my first positive on the 18th.  Went in the 19th for blood work and my HCG quant was at 25.  I went in yesterday again (22nd) to have it re-checked and it had only risen to 31.   Devastated and scared.  Obviously it's not looking like a viable pregnancy but on top of that I have to go in and check my numbers again tomorrow because it could be an ectopic pregnancy.  I'm lost.  I'm so angry and sad.  😭
