First Obgyn Appt Tomorrow
Okay, so I have my first obgyn appt tomorrow and they sent me this packet of stuff i had to do/fill out. There is one page i have yet to fill out and i am wondering why they sent it. It's a "Food Log" Form, the day before(today). I'm supposed to write down the times I've ate and what it was. I'm just wondering why do I have to do this, is this medically necessary?
