What are the next steps?

I had my first child at 35, a second pregnancy that ended with a late 1st trimester miscarriage at 36.  We are now 3 months into trying to get pregnant again. I have been using the Clear Blue Fertility Monitor and according to that I did not ovulate this month. Still hoping to be surprised next week but doubtful I'll see a bfp.

My question is looking ahead 2-3 months what would the first steps my doc would take? What are the first steps in fertility treatments?

I can't tell you what your doctor will say but I can tell you what my doctor did for me. Due to my age (31) and the fact that we had been pregnant before we had to wait 1 year to take the fertility tests. It was a bummer but in hat meantime I just monitored my cycle using this app and OPK. Once I got to the doctor, hey put me and my DH on a bunch of supplements to increase fertility. My DH takes fertilized and I am on vitamin D, folic acid, baby aspirin, omega 3 and coQ10. They did a bunch of blood work to ensure that we are healthy as well as a sperm analysis for DH. They also did an HSG to check my tubes although we assumed from the beginning that it was all good. HSG's can increase your chances of conceiving so we decided to do that before starting our rounds of IUI.
