Cut "down there"?

So it feels like I have a paper cut on my labia but when I look I don't see a cut anywhere. I did shave last night so it's possible I could have nicked myself but I can't see anything. Regardless, it really hurts. Has anyone had this before? What did you do for the pain? Please help! 😣
