Weird problems, please read

      I had a D&C in January due to a blighted ovum. My first period came a little over six weeks later, and then I had a 28 day cycle (which is my norm). Since then, they've been all over the place. I had a 32 day cycle, a 20 day cycle, and am currently bleeding after having a 24 day cycle. I am ovulating, which I've confirmed by opk and temp, but they haven't been consistent times in the cycle. 

      Here's the thing, though: I could swear that I am pregnant. I don't think it's in my head. My uterus feels unusually swollen and heavy, I've had more consistent migraines, and my boobs have gained almost an entire cup size over the last two months. I'm not gaining weight, though, and I'm not on birth control. I might not feel this way if the symptoms hadn't lasted so long. It's like after that 20 day cycle that I've had consistent symptoms that are directly related to lady-issues, even when my period should be 3+ weeks away. I've tried to be patient because I know it can take a while for periods to return to normal after a D&C, but I just feel off.
