Skin Allergic to Greek Yogurt but not Regular Yogurt?
So sometimes I like to do yogurt facials to improve my skin, and I usually use regular low fat yogurt. Generally, the only yogurt in my fridge is expired cause that's how my mom likes it, but this time I used non-expired Greek yogurt and my skin reacted on one cheek! It didn't hurt and I only noticed it when it was very difficult to remove on one cheek and it felt much warmer than usual. Is this allergies to the Greek yogurt or does my skin just prefer expired yogurt?
Note: I have not worn any makeup in a couple days.
