Growth spurt overnight?

Guys. My babe is 7.5 months and has slept through the night since 4 months old. Last night she was up off and on all night and when she woke up this morning she was a different baby. Talking non stop, making new noises/sounds, laughing a TON, napping perfectly on schedule and oh ya CRAWLING TOO. She literally changed/grew overnight. She even looks older. WTF. 💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝
