Weston as Boy Name - Wes for short?

Trying to not pick something too trendy, but also not too out there that will cause judgment. We would call him "Wes" for short. Thoughts?

My sons name is Easton. And I absolutely love it!

That's my brother's name. He actually chose to go by Wes as he got older. My family and I - we all call him West. That name wasn't very common in the early 90's. I've always loved it.
