ouch? anyone else

I noticed that the last few days my pernium (skin between vagina and anus) has been feeling really sore. At one point when I wiped I noticed it bleed a little. It appears that I have one decent sized blister in that spot. I have never had vaginal sex and I have been wearing thongs for the past couple days. Could friction alone cause this or does it sound more like an STD?
