Usually get tender breasts before period & my period should be here in 3-4 days ?i have no tenderness at all

I never never never had PMS symptoms until I got pregnant. So it's possible that that's why your symptoms are different than usual! Wait for your period to be due and test!

From my experience 
I would usually get tender breast before my period for a day or two . 
But before I found out I was pregnant I got tender breast and at first it was just like usual but after the second day it started to get worse and worse to the point where I had to shower with my back facing the shower head because it would hurt so bad if the water would hit my nipples or boobs. Something else that made me this it wasn't my period coming was the fact that my breast were hard as rocks and swollen they also got a lot rounder and bigger . 
Everyone is different. 
Sometimes I wouldn't get tender breast before my period . Maybe this cycle is just different from the rest.
