Second time around alot harder ??

This is my second pregnancy according to glow I'm 4 weeks 5 days. For the last week I've had constant headaches everyday, they get worse at the end of the day. I toss and turn all night, my back has been hurting at working pretty bad and when I got home today my feet hurt sooooo bad which I've never had before also I've been cramping. Did anyone else's symptoms start this early ?
