Hey girls so this is my first time on here.

I was recently diagnosed with Dysmenorrhea.

Which means I experience really heavy period cramps. I have experienced vomiting, shortness of breath, and just overall unbearable pain. Now i am not one who believes strictly in modern medicine and i am very homeopathic so when i went to my Gyn of course she told me the only treat me she had for me was the pill and i can't stand the thought of hormones unnaturally pumping thorough my body. A coupme things holistically have worked for me but none consistent. Anyone have any advice? Or going thru the same thing?
