At first you feel like it's the end of the world but it's not. Make sure you always carry tampons or pads with you where ever you go and change them at least every 4-6 hours depending on your flow.

Btw on your lightest day, if you use tampons don't use a super one. I would just use a pad for your lightest days to avoid toxic shock syndrome

You might feel that you're the only one on your period rn but don't worry you're not. I remember my first day I was so upset and I was literally telling myself "I'm the only one going through this. No one knows how gross this is" 😂 I was a naive 11 year old.
