easy baby shower games for large group?

I'm planning on having a pretty big co-Ed shower about 50-60 people most likely will make it. What are some easy fun games to play that don't require everyone's attention at once? I figured the group is a little too big to do some games so what are some ones that work for large groups?

One that was fun with the lage baby shower I had was called "my water broke". We froze little plastic baby's in ice cubes and handed them out .. object of game was to get baby out of the ice first with only objects on body.the first one to get baby out screas my water broke... some people chewed it out, some tried sucking it out , some people even got brain freeze" witch was hilarious by the way " had one person even try putting ice cube baby down bra to melt it out lol.. everyone that played really seemed to have fun..

Set a timer when opening your gifts when the timer goes off whoever gift you are opening they get a small gift

You could try things like guess how many jelly beans are in a baby bottle. Just count and fill jelly beans or other candy in a baby bottle or jar and have people guess how many are in there whoever wins gets to keep the candy. Or my friend did a bunch of contests at hers. We filled baby bottles with juice and raced to finish it all first. Also I've heard of people playing the clothes pin game. Everybody starts with 3 (or however many you want) clothspins that they pin to there sleeves. Whenever you hear somebody say the word "baby" you steal a clothespin. At the end of the shower whoever has the most wins a prize.

We did guess the baby and used baby pics from my husband, myself, and other family memebers. It was a lot of fun for everyone.
