I'm 9 weeks and I've been experiencing bleeding with slight to no cramps. I'm waiting to go see the doctor at 7 this morning for a vaginal ultra sound. My hcg levels are at 3500. I have this awful gut feeling I'm losing my baby...

I unfortunately confirmed this morning that I have had a miscarriage....I knew because I didn't feel pregnant anymore. I cried myself to sleep last hoping this morning would be different and everything would be okay. If anyone's has advice on how to past past this loss and how soon can I try again? I have a follow up next friday to ask questions. I'm just so disappointed....
