I feel like I'm more hungry now can it be because the pregnancy..idk if it's in all in my mind cause it is early 😳 lol

I was hungry at 4 weeks and that's how I knew I was pregnant . Then it got worse during my 5 weeks(I'm now 7 weeks 4 days) with twins. 🤦🏻‍♀️😁 still hungry but can't eat a lot .
