Mirena IUD cramping!
I just got my IUD placed today, it's also the first day of my period. My cramps from the IUD placement come and go, like in waves. Some aren't so bad and then a really strong cramp will hit. I'm taking ibproufen for them, but does anyone else have any tips for dealing with these? I hope these get better!! TIA!
