Help please

So I'll try to sum everything up. But a lot of history with cyst on my ovaries and my tubes are twisted. But right now I have a cyst filled with blood on my ovary been there about 2 months now I go june 1st to get it looked at and they are probably gonna set up surgery to remove the cyst and maybe my left tube. Although both are twisted I have more pain on my left. But today I am getting bad sharp pains where the cyst is. Everyone says go to the ER but last time I went I was there 5 hours and they said it's a cyst gave me 2 Tylenol and sent me home. Idk what to do but it hurts so bad 😭
