Opinions on baby boy names please?

So were going to name our baby boy Alex /Alix.. but were not sure weather we should spell it Alex or Alix ? Opinions please 😊

I like Alix, it's different and still a common name but makes it seem more uncommon.

Alex. The only time I've seen it spelled Alix is when it's a girl's name.
