Bridesmaids question

So I am getting married next June. My fiance and I have pretty much decided we don't want a wedding party. However my best friends are my world. I still want them involved cause I know id want to be involved in their special days. I made a collage for all them. I'm just wondering would it come off as rude if I sent them all the collage with a letter saying something like "dear.... Daniel and I are in the process of planning our wedding. We have decided to forgo having a wedding party. However you mean so much to me that I want you to be a part of this process for me." Basically it'd be me asking them to help be involved with things such as making decorations, picking music, helping my pick out color schemes and flowers and accessories to wear. Just asking opinion or advice. Thanks so much ladies.
