i nee some explanation please

So my period was late for 3 to 4 days but befor having my oeriode today i have pain on my pelvic and under my belly. So since yesterday i have this back pain its hurt so bad that i cant even pick up thing in the floor. Today i have my period and it come light not as usual do you think something wrong with me. Please i need answer.
