Nausea, 12dpo, BFN

Hey guys i know im really hoping here but ive felt nauseas 3 mornings in a row that have been accompanied by extra saliva and burping. But i tested this morning (12dpo) and got a BFN. Im wondering if my nausea could be caused by being pregnant even if theres still not enough hCG to show up on test?
