I've definitely had clitoral orgasms (either from receiving oral or masturbating) and I can DEFINITELY tell when I orgasm because it really does feel "climactic" hence the word climax. But idk whether I've had a vaginal orgasm before from sex since I haven't felt that big dramatic climax feeling!!!
