Depression and periods?

So I never really talk about this but I suffer from depression and anxiety. I noticed that my depression gets much worse a week before my period. Do any of you ladies also deal with depression and have the same problem? If so how do you cope with it?

I know I do! It get sad and I also have very heightened anxiety. It really sucks to feel this way, almost like you don't have control over your own body and your own emotions. Mine has just recently become worse. 🙁
