So, recently I have been procrastinating on trying a Diva Cup, or menstrual cup. Pads and tampons have given me so much trouble, and I'm trying to find a solution.Â
I work at an elderly assisted living home, so bathroom breaks can be limited and I'm constantly changing and cleaning myself on my period.Â
Do any of you have tips or information to share?Â
How often do you change? How is the insertion? Is it costly? Etc.Â
