I do at the moment, I have a healthy body but since finishing university I have realised how much weight I have put on and have had no distractions therefore it's all I can think about!

i think we ALL NEED TO STOP being so hard on ourselves! we're women and things are always gonna be tougher for us when it comes to our hormones and things like that. yeah i'm slightly overweight but i feel like i obsess over weighing myself constantly and i shouldn't. after all, guys these days tend to like curvier women more. however that doesn't mean being skinny is gross. we tend to gain weight as our metabolism slows down and for alot of us, it's hard to fit in a work out when we have work, kids, etc. i know i hate what i see when i look in the mirror and have always hated myself, partly because of my depression, but i'm trying more everyday to stop beating myself up over the way i look. WE ALL need to love ourselves more and trust that there are men or people out there who love us for US. so i say fuck the scale. embrace your curves. try to start hating ourselves less.. BUT MOST OF ALL, STOP COMPARING OURSELVES TO MODELS OR CELEBRITIES THAT ARE FAKE, PHOTOSHOPPED, HAD SURGERIES, etc because THATS NOT WHAT REAL WOMEN LOOK LIKE. ❤️💛💙

I weigh more now than when I was pregnant 😕 very unhappy with my body atm.... yet I'm not doing anything to change it. Even though I really want to. Sigh
