Birthday party time

Do you guys have a time already set out for when you're going to do their first birthday I'm having trouble figuring out the best time. My babies eat roughly every 4 hours starting at 6:30 in the morning. They eat baby food around 8 and 12. Their naps are from 9:30 till about 10:30 and then 2:30 till 4:30. My son only takes 45 minute naps but my daughter sleeps the whole nap time. I feel like a lot of people have birthday parties between 2 and 4 but I feel like that's not a good time for us. But I don't want to have it too early and it be a weird time. My husband's family has to drive an hour to come to our house. Would it be better to do like a lunch thing and do 12 to 2 or one to three? I figure the day of the party one of us would take them for a stroller walk or car ride and hope they would take a nap before everyone arrives. But that's not always the case
