Endometriosis comes with a lot of pain in the hip bones, feels like a lot of pressure is just sitting on them.

It could very well be one of those things. I have pcos and that's how my periods are . IF I get a period it lasts about two weeks and it's very heavy . Sometimes Itll even switch up on me and I'll get it for two weeks and then off two weeks and then back on for two weeks. If definitely sounds like it might be pcos !
