To Call Out or Nah?

Question

I have work at 3 pm today, and I'm the only one on the floor at my work. My work decided to fire a bunch of people in my department so I will be the only one from 3 pm to close.

I started my period and my cramps are so bad I can barely walk. I'm dizzy, and nauseous and I am not in a position to manage 8 extremely busy fitting rooms by myself...

Should I call out or tough it out? I don't want to screw my job over... but I know I'll end up overpushing myself if I choose to go. :(

If you genuinely don't feel well and don't think you can manage, I'd call out.

I think you should call off, it's not like they can fire you if you have the sick hours to cover you
