I stopped the pill two months ago & just started my second period. I went on the pill about 5 years ago and stopped once for about a month over 3 years ago & I can't remember having bad cramps. Before the pill I don't remember having difficult periods at all. BUT my cramps these last two cycles have been terrible... to the point I get nauseas, sweaty, and I can't stay still. Ibuprophen helps so I'm okay but I hate taking medication all the time. Has this happened to anyone else? I am hoping my uterus adjusts and the cramps getting better with each cycle. 😭😞 I also was going to get the Paragaurd IUD but now I'm second guessing that because they say it makes your cramps worse.
