Our 5 week old baby boy is sick. So scared it's going to end up with a hospitalization. Took him to his pediatrician this morning because his cough sounds horrible. But his Dr said lungs are clear. Idk how that's possible!

he's still eating good and peeing good. But this cough and sneezing and choking/spitting up is awful. and also a low grade temp (99.0-99.3) has him feeling miserable.

How did he get sick so soon?!! We haven't went out, we have limited visitors (there's more family that hasn't seen him yet than family who has!) and we have only went to required places. Like the drs. (Germs I know! Ugh!)

I'm so worried! Their lungs are so small! But, I'm trying to remember that the doctor said that they sounded good. And. Clear. And to just watch his breathing and temp.

I just feel like it's my fault somehow. Like, my goodness! I feel like I let my newborn get sick! 😷🤒😩and didn't prevent it!
