Could you be with someone that is a product of incest?

So, recently started watching the bates motel and won't spoil who if you haven't seen it or are on an earlier episode but someone finds out their uncle is actually their dad and they have no physical characteristics that would make you able to tell & they didn't know all their life. So, it made me think if I could be with someone in the same situation. Could you be with someone that's gone through this? What would make you say yes/no?
