help!! castor oil?!

36+6 weeks! I Had a terrible scare last night, thought I was going into labor. 2 hours of contractions that were totally irregular but consistent. I took 2 tablespoons of castor oil yesterday afternoon due to the fact I haven't had a bowel movement in over a week. What could have been happening last night! It scared the cramp out of me!

Be careful as castor oil could trigger your labor . Your contractions were caused by your uterus being irritated by the castor oil. Thank God they stopped, being that you are 36 week!!! Phew

Put a tablespoon of coconut oil in coffee, tea or oatmeal... I do this daily and never have issues with bowel movements

You should drink prune juice rather then castor oil
