Vagina question ? / pain/ cramp

I've been having like sharp pains in my vagina that seem to stretch up towards my uterus. They're not cramps because I've been having does as well. My cramps are mild/medium. This pain is different. I'm not quite sure what it could be. Hubby and I ttc and I'm curious if it's some sorta of early pregnancy sign or if I should go to the doctor. I've had the pains for about 3 days now. Any help would be great. Thank you!
