Exercise on the 5th week?
Hello everyone! I'm wondering if it's ok to do weights and cardio at the gym? I usually do it but since I got pregnant I'm afraid off doing weights and abs. I've been doing the last 3 days one hour and a half with lower weights and walking up hill. My first dr's appointment is in about 2 weeks so I'm lost here. Can anyone help?
